Dewagg Platform Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to Dewagg. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and Dewagg ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Dewagg online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://dewagg.buzz and any related mobile applications, products, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Dewagg Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the effective date stated above.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds into a User's Account using any of the supported payment methods.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, virtual sports, crash games, lottery titles, and any other gaming products made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "Platform" refers to the Dewagg website, mobile interface, and all associated software, content, and services.
• "Sports Betting" means wagering on the outcome of sporting events including but not limited to football, basketball, UFC, and other events offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real-money funds from a User's Account to an external payment method registered to the User.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the Dewagg Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Dewagg strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all real-money gaming and betting activities. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and where accessing such services constitutes a criminal offence.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from Dewagg or any affiliated platform pursuant to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion request.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Dewagg or any related entity.
• You may only hold one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate closure without notice.

Account Registration

When registering an account on the Dewagg Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify us promptly of any changes.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your Account, or allow any person acting on your behalf to use the Platform through your Account. Dewagg accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.2 Account Verification

Dewagg reserves the right to request supporting documentation for KYC verification at any time. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian citizens), a valid passport, proof of residential address issued within the last three months, and where required, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Dewagg Platform, you agree to comply with the following conditions at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial exploitation, resale, or professional wagering syndicate activity.
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, malfunctions, bugs, latency, or other technical deficiencies in the Platform or in any Game for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such conditions may be voided and the associated account suspended.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, data scraper, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or coordinate with other players in a manner designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• You will not attempt to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited, including through the use of a virtual private network (VPN), proxy, or other IP masking technology.
• You will not conduct, facilitate, or assist in any form of money laundering or financial fraud through the Platform.
• You acknowledge that all gaming activity involves an element of risk and that you may lose all deposited funds.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Dewagg accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: DuitNow instant transfer, FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency methods including BTC and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Dewagg reserves the right to return deposits to their source and apply KYC holds if the depositing payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Approved withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering requirements. Processing times vary by method but Dewagg targets completion of most withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Dewagg reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

6.3 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All transaction amounts, bonuses, and balance figures are displayed in MYR unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the User.

Bonuses & Promotions

Dewagg may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

• Bonuses are credited to accounts in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Default wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Dewagg reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of bets already placed in reliance on the offer.
• Players found to be misusing bonus offers, engaging in bonus abuse, or participating in promotional schemes through multiple accounts will have bonuses voided and accounts subject to closure.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, converted to cash, or used to meet other promotional targets unless expressly permitted in the applicable promotion terms.

Sports Betting Rules

Dewagg offers sports betting across a range of markets including English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, NBA, and UFC/MMA events, as well as other international sporting competitions. The following general rules apply to all sports wagering activity on the Platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation and Dewagg accepts no liability for technical delays that result in odds changing between bet initiation and confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are settled on the basis of official match statistics and results as reported by recognised sports data providers. Dewagg's decision regarding in-play bet settlement is final.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the parlay to be settled as a winner. One unsuccessful selection voids the entire parlay, except where specific rules for void/postponed events apply as set out in the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled after fewer than a specified minimum number of minutes (per applicable sport rules) will generally be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market type, and total exposure, at Dewagg's discretion. We reserve the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any individual account.
• Any bet placed in error (including but not limited to obvious pricing errors or technical glitches) may be voided by Dewagg regardless of outcome. Dewagg will notify affected players of voided bets promptly.

Responsible Gambling

Dewagg is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. As part of our responsible gambling framework, the following policies and tools are in place and available to all registered Players:

• Minimum Age Policy: All Players must be aged 21 or above. Age verification is mandatory and enforced through KYC procedures.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure in-session reminders and time-out notifications to encourage responsible time management during gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Player who believes they may have a problem with gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and take effect within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic account summary notifications that display net win/loss information for the current session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Dewagg Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or through the use of another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any verification process.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code or algorithms from any part of the Platform or Games.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any third party to manipulate the outcome of any Game or sporting event.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of any sporting competition offered on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or IP-based controls.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or financial instruments without their explicit authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, abusing, or defaming Dewagg staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Dewagg Platform, including but not limited to the website, software, user interface, logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, design elements, text content, and game mechanics, are owned by or licensed to Dewagg. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of Dewagg beyond the limited licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes as set out herein.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content, software, or materials on the Platform without the prior written consent of Dewagg. Unauthorised use of Dewagg's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dewagg, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

Dewagg's total aggregate liability to any User for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dewagg does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend the Platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance without liability to Users.

Account Suspension & Closure

Dewagg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a linked payment method.
• Any conduct that Dewagg reasonably believes to constitute a legal risk, reputational risk, or financial risk to the Platform or its other users.

Upon closure of an account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to the User via the most recent verified withdrawal method, less any applicable processing fees, within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of all pending reviews.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting Dewagg customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dewagg is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform, Dewagg encourages you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within a reasonable period, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Dewagg will provide details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under its licensing jurisdiction upon request.

Nothing in this clause limits Dewagg's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments to These Terms

Dewagg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page and supersedes all previous versions.
